Be a Good Community Member Sharing the knowledge over the Community Platform will always be respectful, until you are hostile the guidelines. • Spam and Advertisements: Our community is not the place to advertise yours or someone else’s business, there are plenty of other ways and means to do this. Any attempts to Spam, advertise, repetitively post, promote on profiles or include within signature banners will be politely removed.
• Offensive content: Use basic common sense, courtesy and respect other members at all times. Posts and content which are considered to be disruptive, provocative, and offensive or appear to be attacking another user are not only unkind, but are also not acceptable on the YouView community.
• Legal Information: Only post content that is written by you and don’t post content or interact with other members of the community in a way that infringes the law, intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.
How can you report a post? Anytime while scrolling our Community Forum, if any situation arises where you feel the need to report some particular piece of content which doesn’t seems good to you. You can simply report a post; which is quick and simple and only our moderators will see your report, it will be invisible to the rest of the community. To report a post, all you need to do is click the Flag icon under the offending post and then select ‘Report’. Please fill in the text box as necessary to explain why you have reported the post as this will help us when dealing with the report.
