Welcome to Paytm Community!

The Paytm Community is a dynamic platform to voice your queries, complaints & feedback for the Paytm products & services in market today. Using this community, you can engage with thousands of other users in a single tap
A general guideline about how to post or comment on this forum is presented below. Before making your first post, make sure you keep the following in mind to make Paytm Community a safe & productive place for everyone

Here’s a note: These Guidelines do not apply to content included within products or services sold on Paytm, which are subject to separate policies.
Paytm takes the integrity of the Community very seriously. Any action to manipulate Community content or features, including by contributing false, misleading, or inauthentic content, is strictly prohibited. If you violate our instructed Guidelines, we may restrict your ability to use Community features, remove content, delist related products, or suspend or terminate your Paytm account. By accessing or using our Community features, you agree to our Conditions of Use and to abide by these Guidelines as modified from time to time. These Guidelines also apply to your interactions with other members of the Community.

Respect the Community and People
We tend to have a large group of diverse audiences and there may be times when you might not end up agreeing to the content on the forum. Here’s to keep in mind: To make sure that you must maintain a refreshing environment for all users, and your participation in this community should always be respectful for others.
• Don't impersonate other people or organizations or pretend to be someone or something you're not.
• Don't attempt to drown out other people's opinions, including by posting from multiple accounts or coordinating with others.
• You may question the beliefs and expertise of others as long as it is relevant and done in a respectful and non-threatening manner.

Be a Good Community Member
Sharing the knowledge over the Community Platform will always be respectful, until you are hostile the guidelines. Make sure you represent yourself as a virtuous member of the community who makes sure to be enough responsible of his/her own actions. When you see a great question or answer, give it a thumbs up to recognize the contribution. When someone has answered your question or helped you resolve a problem a simple ‘Thank you’ goes along way.

Don’t cross the boundaries of the Community
• Personal Information: We all want privacy and all need to respect it. Please don’t post yours or someone else’s telephone numbers, addresses, full postcodes, email addresses, Paytm mobile number or any other personal information that could identify a person and its related information.

• Spam and Advertisements: Our community is not the place to advertise yours or someone else’s business, there are plenty of other ways and means to do this. Any attempts to Spam, advertise, repetitively post, promote on profiles or include within signature banners will be politely removed.

• Offensive content: Use basic common sense, courtesy and respect other members at all times. Posts and content which are considered to be disruptive, provocative, and offensive or appear to be attacking another user are not only unkind, but are also not acceptable on the YouView community.

• Legal Information: Only post content that is written by you and don’t post content or interact with other members of the community in a way that infringes the law, intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.

How can you report a post?
Anytime while scrolling our Community Forum, if any situation arises where you feel the need to report some particular piece of content which doesn’t seems good to you.
