Return and replacement of damaged as well as wrong item.

I placed a watch order and i got the different product from what was shown. Also the watch was not working.

Examples: Monday, today, last week, Mar 26, 3/26/04

Return and replacement of damaged as well as wrong item.

I placed a watch order and i got the different product from what was shown. Also the watch was not working. So i requested a return in damaged category and a courier boy came and taken my product back. After that i got a message that your requested is rejected by the seller. Now what i should do . I don't have tjat product with me now and i have also got rhe reject request. And i even did not received the money back that is refund back

    I've ordered 60 pens but received just 40 so I placed a return so will my money be back ?!

    I also got damaged iteam
    It is too damaged
    I think pickup guy may also refuse to pickup

    I have also ordered earphone that is not simillar to the picture shown in the app and the earphone came that is damage and its mike is not working.i have returned it but the amount is not came in bank. I think paytm is cheating us

    I purchased JBL earphones and after 2 months it got physically damaged. It is in guarantee and I messaged to JBL and paytm both but I didn't get any helpful response from them.
