Poor customer service

I transferred amount to an account through UPI payment. But the amount was not credited in the receiver's account even after a week.

Examples: Monday, today, last week, Mar 26, 3/26/04
DO NOT post any personal or confidential information like your phone number, OTP, Order Id, Transaction ID, Paytm Wallet Number or Paytm password, transaction image, passbook history or any of your payment related details like - CVV number or card number. I transferred amount to an account through UPI payment. But the amount was not credited in the receiver's account even after a week.

There is no proper customer care service. I need to wait on hold for more than 45 minutes whenever I called customer care number. There is no customer care email to register my complaint.

Worst ever customer care service I have encountered so far.I m not at all satisfied with your service.

Plz share the customer care email Id to register our complaints.
