The new step has been taken forward:



• Directorate of EDCS, DPAR (e-Governance) partners with Paytm for Digital Payments at over 197 centres across 17 cities in Karnataka
• Payments can be made through Paytm

Bengaluru, Karnataka, November 04, 2018: One97 Communications Limited, which owns Paytm - India’s largest digital payments company, has partnered with the Directorate of Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services (EDCS), DPAR (e-Governance) to enable digital payments for BengaluruOne and KarnatakaOne customers. Under this partnership, Paytm will enable seamless payment experience for BengaluruOne/KarnatakaOne users across 17 cities in Karnataka at over 197 centres.

This partnership will help us reach out to new customers and assist them in making payments conveniently anytime. We are committed to providing a world-class digital payment experience to our users.”

Dr Sunil Panwar IFS, Director, EDCS said, “We are glad to partner with India’s largest digital payments company, Paytm to drive seamless payments across all our centres in Karnataka. The partnership is in-line with our vision of a digital India and empowering people with digital payments.”
As a launch offer to drive user adoption, Paytm will extend a cash-back of 10% for up to a maximum of Rs. 20 per user on a minimum transaction amount of Rs. 200 for payments.

The Directorate of Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services, DPAR (e-Governance) has setup BengaluruOne centres in Bangalore and KarnatakaOne centres at 17 cities of Karnataka. KarnatakaOne portal has also been set up to offer online services. BangaloreOne and KarnatakaOne centres/portal are conceptualized to electronically deliver services of various Government Departments and Private companies under one roof in a citizen-friendly manner.
